Self Id in Wales has obvious implications for
the whole of uk. Self Id will undermine efforts for sex balance of
assembly. Males who identify as women do not produce sex
balance

contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
